-I want to get out and try new techniques of shoot in photography. For example, portraits, silhouettes, depth of field, etc. etc. I want to try to take pictures of nature, trees, and landscape as well.
-I want to be able to shoot at the beach, forests, and adventures that I go on with different views. If I take pictures around campus, I want to take pictures of the gym and field and different angles of the school. -On block days I would like to stay out maybe 30-40 minutes of the period to take pictures and be able to have time to import and edit some pictures after the session. -I think all of these things would help me learn more about the techniques of photography and help be more creative when it comes to taking pictures. I want to self teach myself outside of the class but that the same time be able to learn tips in the classroom. I enjoyed this project a lot because it helped me bring out the creative side of me. I tried to be different as I can and I like projects like this. I hope I win this contest it was a good experience to try to make a t-shirt for a good cause.

http://images.clipartpanda.com/grizzly-bear-clipart-roaring-bear-clipart-bears_v5_besl_zps456e4bf3.png In this silhouette photo, the vibrance and contrast of the colors really bring out the clouds in the sky. Since the sun was not all out and it was a gloomy day, it caused an ombre affect to the picture and the colors of the sky start of with white and vibrant blue spots and fades down to a mauve blue/green to a yellow sky. Since I faced towards the sun when I took this picture, it gave me a silhouette photo that outlined the tree. The tree creates a organic shape in the photo that stands out.
In this photo by Frans Lanting, there is a sense of feeling of the leopard staring you down and making you feel intimidated. It also has line elements because of the plants in the background and irregular pattern because of the spots on the leopard. The contrast of the plants in the background make the leopard stand out. There is much detail in this photo that shows that this picture was taken in the wild.
In this portrait of this beautiful girl, she is obviously getting her makeup done, but the photographer focuses on her face and you can see her exotic features of her face. You can see her thick eyebrows, beautiful green/blue eyes, and full lips. Even though you can see the head and arms of the makeup artist, the picture mostly focuses on her which is mainly why this is a portrait. The eyeshadow brings out her colored eyes and the lipstick also brings out the fullness of her lips. She doesn't seem like she is posing for this picture, but captures the attention of the audience because of the her beauty of her natural stillness while she is getting her makeup done.
The main focus of this silouette is the shapes of the ferris wheels. The elements of line are clearly shows in the picture. As the light reflects towards the camera, you can see the sunset and the clouds. It has a gradient affect of cooler tones colors at the time and then more warm colors on the bottom. It also gives the texture of the clouds .
In this photograph by Ansel Adams, he uses line, shape, texture, and contrast elements to capture a powerful image of this tree. You can see the lines of the tree trunk which also creates a textured feeling that tree is rough. Even though you can’t physically feel the texture of the tree trunk in the picture, it gives you a sense that there is friction on the tree. The picture is black and white, but has a lot of contrast because there is lightness and darkness of the tree and sky, which creates depth that reveals many details in this photograph. He also uses shape in this photograph because he captured the picture in a silhouette form that takes the shape of the leafless tree and can see all the skinny, small branches of the tree. You can also see the shape of the leaves and trees in the background.
